Nvsri It is claimed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that RCS notice was served on the petitioner on 24.02.2014, but the same was not filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the same before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is always open to the petitioner to seek proper legal remedy against the said RCS Notice dated 24.02.2017.
