O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed challenging the show cause notice dated 19.07.2004 issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Chillakur Mandal, Nellore District.
2. This Court, by order dated 19.01.2005, granted stay of dispossession of the petitioner from the lands in question. However, the stay order was vacated on 30.11.2006 taking note of the fact that pursuant to the impugned show cause notice final orders were passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Chillakur Mandal, Nellore District, on 25.09.2004. No challenge was laid to the final orders dated 25.09.2004 by seeking amendment of the prayer in the writ petition. The writ petition, as framed, therefore does not survive for consideration inasmuch as the impugned show cause notice has worked itself out.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
