JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the learned Advocate General is to appear for the State Government and prays for time.
Notice for final disposal has been issued on 12-7-2011. However, no affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the State Government. If the State Government intents to file an affidavit-in-reply, it may do so, by the next date of hearing, positively.
