A.M.Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this court seeking for police protection for supply of water to the near relatives of the petitioner, which was being obstructed by party respondents. 2. On 28.5.2013, this court had passed an interim order directing that the water so removed shall not be sold and it shall be meant only for supply to the relatives of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the interim order, there is no obstruction from the party respondents.
4. Since the subject matter in issue has already elapsed, we do not think that there is any necessity to continue the writ petition. However, we make it clear that it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this court if any cause of action arises.
The writ petition is closed.
