JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr. Pandya,learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the agricultural work.
It appears from the jail report that the convict has recently enjoyed from furlough from 25.10.2011 to 7.11.2011. Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
