JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr.Y.N.Ravani, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the interest of justice would be met, if respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide THE representations dated 09.03.2012 and 11.03.2012, made by the petitioner, regarding bifurcation of Vada Gram Panchayat, expeditiously, as there is apprehension that there will be further bifurcations shortly.
2. Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the following order is passed :
It is open to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representations dated 09.03.2012 and 11.03.2012 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petition is disposed of, in the above terms.
