JUDGMENT / ORDER

In both these cases without taking any coercive action against the applicants of each case, the parties are desirous of exploring the possibility of some amicable settlement by involvement of leaders of their community and accordingly, adjourned to 14.6.2012.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pathan, learned advocate in Criminal Misc. Application NO. 5272 of 2012 submits that complainant, the father will be permitted to meet his daughter without any hindrance.
