JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No. 3 in the event of his arrest by the Satyanarayanapuram Police in Crime No. 132 of 2014.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the Memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI E.V.S.S. ACHARYULU, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER The petitioner seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He is accused No.3. He allegedly committed the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 472 and 120-B, IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Stamp Vendor and that he sold stamps to accused 1 and 2 about 3 years ago without knowing that the other accused were manipulating with the stamps. He claimed that the petitioner is innocent to the offences levelled against him. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there are other cases against the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is a senior citizen. In view of the age of the petitioner and in view of the nature of the offences alleged against him, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
4. Hence, this petition is allowed. The petitioner/ accused No.3 shall surrender before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada within 2 (two) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada shall release the petitioner/accused No.3 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.
