Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The grievance of the petitioners is that they were granted a Patta of Plot No.27M, area 0.018 hectares of village Ratanpur (Shadiabad), Tehsil Jakhania, District Ghazipur for construction of house but the possession over the said plot has not been given by the respondent No.3. The petitioners have raised their grievances by filing a representation dated 26.12.2018 before the respondent No.3.
Learned standing counsel as well as the learned counsel for respondent no.4, Gram Panchayat Khudabuxpur, District Ghazipur, jointly submit that the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2018, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably, within six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case.
