Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State and also perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer for issuance of direction to the opposite party no.2 to decide the appeal / case no.00247 of 2021 as well as to stay the effect of order dated 22.12.2020 passed by Additional District Magistrate (administration), Bijnor in Case No.C202113160001287 of Goondas Act, 1970, P.S.- Nagina Dehat, District- Bijnor.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to consider the stay application and decide the appeal in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of two months from today, if there is no other legal impediment.
