Sri J.K. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the revisionist is present along with learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that he has no information whether the revisionist is alive or not.
Revision is against the order of conviction.
Issue bailable warrant of Rs. 50,000/- against the revisionist to be served through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. If he is arrested or surrender before the Magistrate concerned, he shall be enlarged on bail, on furnishing two sureties and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court, on his undertaking that he shall appear before this Court through his counsel or in person.
The CJM concerned shall ensure that at the time of accepting bail bonds, an authenticated copy of the current address / ID prof of the appellant be taken on record.
However, in the event the revisionist is reported to be dead, the same be verified in terms of the Circular Letters No. 15/2005, VIII-119 April 19, 2005 and 04/admin G-II dated Allahabad 18.01.2017, which must contain the statement of the informant or his legal heirs, if any.
