Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court is kept on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Kamal Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant.
This second bail application has been moved by the applicant-appellant Vakil Pandey. The first bail application of the applicant-appellant was rejected by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court consisting (Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J) who is sitting permanently at Lucknow as a Senior Judge and one of us Ravindra Nath Kakkar, J. by order dated 07.10.2016.
Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant has failed to make out any new ground for enlarging the applicant-appellant on bail, hence the second bail application of the applicant-appellant is rejected at this stage.
Record shows that lower court record has been received.
Office is directed to get the paper books prepared within six weeks.
Paper books shall thereafter be furnished to the learned counsel for the parties within further two weeks.
This appeal be listed immediately after eight weeks before appropriate Court.
