Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for opposite parties No. 1 and 2 are present.
Issue notice to opposite party No. 3 for filing counter affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed in another one week.
Till the next date of listing or till the submission of charge-sheet whichever is earlier petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 362/2010, under Section 323/504/506 IPC and 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act, P.S. Risia, District Bahraich.
