Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.R. Singh, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who has appeared on instructions.
The instructions provided by the District Magistrate, Bhadohi indicates that due enquiries were made into the complaints made against the dealer on more than two occasions. The inspection team has found, as a matter of fact, that the complaints were unfounded. In view of the above, it is evident that the complaints have been duly attended to and an appropriate view taken by the opposite party.
In view of the above, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall in consequence stand disposed of.
