Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
This correction application has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant praying that the counsel for the applicant may be permitted to correct the "Case Crime No. 440 of 2017" in place of "Case Crime No. 440 of 2019" in the application.
The prayer is allowed.
The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the aforesaid corrections in the application. The correction application is allowed.
After corrections have been made, the order dated 10.12.2019 stands corrected to the extent that in IInd line of paragragh sixth the figure "2019" shall be read as "2017".
The order dated 10.12.2019 stands corrected to the extent stated above.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 10.12.2019, Order Date :- 17.12.2019 SS
