ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been passing order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal filed challenging proceedings No.RC.F/6232/2014, dated 21.10.2014, of respondent No.3.
After arguing the case, Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for a direction to respondent No.3 to supply the documents sought by the petitioner in his petition, dated 09.10.2014, and complete the enquiry and pass a final order within a reasonable time.
In the light of the above request of the learned counsel, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petition, dated 09.10.2014, filed by the petitioner for supply of the documents, take an appropriate decision thereon, hold an enquiry and pass a final order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.40860 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
