ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in demanding an additional amount to a tune of Rs.4,99,155/- by revising the bills from June, 2014 to August, 2014, without furnishing any details, as illegal and arbitrary.
The grievance of the petitioner is that no details have been furnished by respondent No.2 in support of the said demand; that though a representation was made by it, on 03.10.2014, to respondent No.2 to furnish such details, so far the same was not responded to by the said respondent; and that the respondents are threatening to disconnect the power supply to its Service Connection for non-payment of the said amount.

The petitioner is left free to avail appropriate remedy, if it is not satisfied with the working/calculation sheet and MRI data to be supplied by respondent No.2.
