JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leave to amend the cause title of the application is granted by adding the proposed heirs of deceased respondent No.23, as respondents Nos. 23/1 and 23/2. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
Heard Mr.Amar D.Mithani, learned advocate for the applicants. He has placed reliance upon a judgment of this Court in the case of Shrimant S.P.Gaekwad v. Mrunalinidevi Puar, 2012 (1) GLH 640.
Issue notice to respondents Nos.23/1 and 23/2, making it returnable on 20-6-2012.
To be tagged with Special Civil Application No.17388 of 2011.
