ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not releasing essential commodities in favour of the petitioner for distribution through fair price shop No.10 of Bollavaram Village, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that the enquiry by respondent No.2 has revealed that respondent No.3 has unjustly withheld the stocks and he was warned by respondent No.2 to be careful in future. He has further submitted that respondent No.3 will release the stocks from the month of January, 2015.
These submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48185 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
