Shelat, learned Senior counsel tenders copy of order dated 30.03.2012 passed by the Deputy Collector, Vankaner in HKP Appeal No.66 of 2008-2009. The same is taken on record.

Mr.Shelat, learned Senior counsel further states that the petitioner does not press this petition in view of the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2012.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
