JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned AGP Shri Rahul Dave placed on record an order dated 7th May 2012 by which the Government ordered reinstatement of the applicant workman on his original post in compliance of the Labour Court's award dated 23rd May 2010. Learned AGP stated that the applicant shall be allowed to resume duty by the Circle Office as soon as he reports.
In view of the above developments, this application is disposed of with liberty to apply in case of difficulty. Notice is discharged.
Direct service is permitted.
