Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kalamassery Police. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per report dated 12.06.2014 of the SHO, Kalamassery Police station no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not required for any purpose.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

4. In the light of the above, the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest now. The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
