JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned writ petition, with liberty to take RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.
gg recourse to an alternate remedy available under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law. Resultantly, the pending application shall stand closed as well. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

2. The Registry will handover the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the attested copy of the same on record.
