Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned standing counsel states on instructions that F.I.R. No.290 of 29019, under Sections 366 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Mauranipur, district Jhansi is registered against petitioner No.2 Vijay Soni.
Both the Petitioners are present before the Court and have stated that they had married with each other on 17.6.2019 out of their own free will.
Learned standing counsel states on instructions that the first information report has been registered against the petitioner no.2.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed at this stage, leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the F.I.R. before the appropriate Court.
