SAHAI) Both the petitioners are not the judicial officers. They are advocates and they have challenged the procedure of the higher judicial service examination and direct recruitment to the cadre of District Judge. We are having jurisdiction in the matter of judicial matters and other jurisdictions we do not have. Office shall verify the same and list this matter tomorrow i.e on 27th April, 2012, before the appropriate bench having the jurisdiction.
