Order on Correction Application No. 07 of 2021.
The aforesaid correction application is allowed.
The order dated 26.07.2021 will stand corrected as follows:-
In 5th line of para - 3 of the aforesaid order, order dated "24.1.2019" (wrongly transcribed as "22.1.2010" and "22.3.2019" in order dated 2.8.2021 passed on the earlier correction application) should be read as "22.3.2021".
In 6th line of para - 3 of the aforesaid order, Bail Application No. "3389 of 2019" (wrongly transcribed as "35511 of 2020" in order dated 2.8.2021 passed on the earlier correction application) should be read as "33511 of 2020".
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the learned counsel for the applicant alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked before the concerned Court/Authority/Official.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
