JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter has been called out, neither learned Advocate Mr. Anand B. Patel for the Appellants nor anybody has remained present for the Appellants. The same state of affair has been continuing since long, and therefore, considering the facts and circumstances, it appears that the Appellants are not interested in proceeding with the matter.
Therefore, the present First Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is reserved to move in case of difficulty.
