This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No. 244/Aa1/2017 dated 07.09.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting the petitioner school namely Vaidyanathan Iyer Memorial Middle School, Thathaneri, Madurai.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner school is a recognised institution. Due to certain renovation works to be carried out, the impugned order dated 07.09.2017 came to be issued by the second respondent, directing the students therein, to shift to some other near by school, on the ground that the school building was in a dilapidated condition. Challenging the impugned order, the petitioner is before this Court.
5.During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire building has absolutely been renovated and hence, the school is now fit for occupation of the students for which, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if the school building is fully renovated and fit for occupation of the students, there is no serious objection for same.
6.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to inspect the school building within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks therefrom.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
