The petitioner claims to have applied before the respondents for correcting his father's name in the marks sheet of Senior Secondary School Examination 2018. Since the said application has not been disposed of so far, hence, the instant writ petition.
Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for respondent Board very fairly states that the prayer made by the petitioner in his application dated 15.9.2018 shall be examined by the third respondent within such time, as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to examine the grievance of the petitioner and take remedial action in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with photo copy of the application dated 15.9.2018.
