1. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Surendra Prasad Sharma, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3-Board.
2. Dispute relates to date of birth of petitioner in High School marks-sheet. The petitioner has passed High School Examination in 2016-17 and his correct date of birth is "8th February, 2001 but in High School marks-sheet, it has been mentioned as 8th March, 2001. For correction thereof petitioner has already applied to respondents but final decision thereon has not been taken by respondents till date.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents- Board states that appropriate action in the matter shall be taken and shall be finalized within two months.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally permitting respondents to take a final decision in the matter of petitioner within a period of two month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
