It is reported that the concerned private respondents have also preferred Special Criminal Application Nos. 1017/2011 and 1018/2011 against the very impugned orders, which are at admission stage. Under the circumstances, any decision in the proceedings are likely to affect the aforesaid Special Criminal Applications and even otherwise, it will be appropriate that all the proceedings are heard together by one Bench. Under the circumstances, stand over to 15/02/2012. In the meantime, Registry to obtain appropriate order from Hon'ble the Chief Justice to place all the matters together before one Court so as to avoid further conflicting orders.
