JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Hardik C. Rawal, learned advocate with Mr. Deepak Aloria for the petitioners does not press this petition, on instructions, with a liberty to approach the Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department by filing a substantive revision as contemplated under the Gujarat Land Revenue Rules, 1972 and more particularly, Rule 108(6A).
2. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits and if the revision is filed as per the aforesaid statement made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the said revision as well as the application(s) filed in the said revision shall be dealt with on its own merits without being influenced by the fact that the present petition is not pressed.
3. With these observations, the petition is disposed of as not pressed with no order as to costs.
