The petitioner herein has challenged the termination of the services of the petitioner as Computer Sahasik from the respondent no. 2 village.

Considering Annexure 'B' to the petition which is the contract executed between the petitioner and the respondent panchayat on 08.05.2008, this court is of the view that the present petition is misconceived inasmuch as the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the civil court for breach of contract. Writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage. In view of the same, petition stands disposed of.
