JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr.B.M. Mangukiya, learned advocate for the petitioner and Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 - 3.
2. Considering the ratio of judgment of the Apex Court in case of Pune Municipal Corporation Vs State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2007(3) GLR Page No.2610 as well as judgment reported at 2011 (2) GLR Page No.1676 as the suo-moto powers have been exercised after a period of 27 years, matter requires consideration. Hence RULE. status-quo to be maintained by both the sides.
