Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record affidavit-in-rejoinder. The petitioner has made grievance that the record of the proceedings conducted by the committee on 17.2.2011 is not supplied to the petitioner either at the time when the Commissioner passed the order or even in response to the request made in present petition. Learned AGP has requested for some time to place the proceedings on record.
