When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned AGP has submitted that since under order dated 11.10.2012, the petitioner is permitted to place additional material on record and liberty is granted to the respondent to file appropriate reply dealing with the said additional material, time for filing affidavit may be granted. Therefore, at the request of learned AGP time to file affidavit dealing with the additional material which is permitted to be placed on record under order dated 11.10.2012 is granted.
