(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) First Appeal :
Appeal is admitted.
Civil Application :
Rule returnable on 20.3.2012.
On the condition that applicant deposits 1/3rd of the decreetal amount along with proportionate costs and interest before the trial Court before the returnable date, there shall be stay against implementation and execution of the impugned judgement and decree.
