Learned advocate Shri Patel waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent.
The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the First Appeal. Having gone through the contentions of the application, we are satisfied that applicants have given satisfactory explanation for delay. Accordingly, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Rule made absolute.
First Appeal shall be heard on 12.4.2012.
