JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Considering the facts of the case and looking to the long gap which has gone at the end of the petitioner, if the petitioner makes a fresh application to the respondent-Board in the subject matter within a period of one month from today, the respondent Board shall consider and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application from the petitioner, in accordance with law.
2. It is however, observed that the respondent Board while deciding the application shall not be influenced by its earlier order and the order passed by the appellate authority.
3. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
