JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ashok L.Shah for the Petitioner and learned Advocate Mr.Maulik G.Nanavati for the Respondent who appears on caveat.
Rule returnable on 2.2.2012. Learned Advocate Mr. Maulik G.Nanavati waives service of Rule for the Respondent.
Ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 2(a) is granted subject to the condition of depositing the entire amount of Rs.5 lacs before the registry of this Court by Bankers Draft or Cheque within a period of 15 days.
Further order shall be passed regarding the amount deposited on 2.2.2012.
