ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the orders issued by respondent No.2 for issuing a certificate of provisional registration of Fresh Water Aquaculture farm in favor of respondent No.3 and 9 others vide registration No.1180 dated 8-7- 2014 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and the same is liable to be set aside in the circumstances of the case and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case, being arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction or power and violation of principles of natural justice besides violating petitioner rights granted under article 14, 19(1)(g) and 300(A) of Constitution of India and set aside the same …”
At the hearing, Mr. P. Ramachandran, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.33496 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
