1. The applicant, who is sentenced 10 years of imprisonment and having reasonably good jail record since temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his real sister, now scheduled on 01.07.2012 and in support of it the marriage invitation card is annexed herewith.
2. Considering all the above aspects, the applicant is hereby ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of seven days from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority. On completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall report to jail authority in time.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
5. Direct service is permitted.
