Despite the order dated 18.9.09 neither any counter affidavit has been filed by respondents 1 to 3 nor the relevant record of selection held for the post of Principal of the College in question has been produced nor the respondent no.1 is present. In the circumstances, let this case be listed on 25.1.2009 on which date the Secretary U.P.Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Allahabad shall remain present before this Court along with the record as already directed by this Court on 18.9.2009. Besides, respondent no.3 shall also be present along with the record to show as to why the selected candidates have not been appointed.
Copy of this order shall be made available to the learned Standing Counsel for communication to the concerned respondents.
The interim order shall continue till then.
