Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of ACP and other benefits as claimed in the writ petition and resting upon the order of regularization dated 28 July 2011 pursuant to which the petitioner was regularized with effect from 18 June 1991 shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in the light of statement as noted above.
The petitioner is further granted liberty to file a further detailed representation if so chosen and advised.
