Exts. P2 and P3 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2006-07 and 2011-12 Against these orders, petitioner filed Ext. P6 appeal, Ext.P7 stay petition along with Ext.P8 delay petition. During the pendency of appeal and stay petition, coercive steps have been initiated against the petitioner and aggrieved thereby, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P7 stay petition and Ext.P8 delay petition together within a period of one month from today and in the meanwhile, coercive proceedings shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter WP(C).13679/14 2 thereafter. Attachment will not be enforced till the orders are passed as directed above.
