Learned Advocate Mr. Bhatt appearing for learned Senior Advocate Mr. BB Naik for the petitioners state that now the grievance raised in the petition would not survive and, therefore, he does not press these petitions, at this stage. He however requests that in case of difficulty, the petitioners may be permitted to revive or approach the Court again. Liberty as prayed for is granted. These petitions are disposed of as not pressed. Rule is discharged in each petition. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated forthwith. No order as to costs.
