Mr.Bharatbhai Khimchand Padiya is the applicant of the above said application and is personally present in the Court. He states that he would like to retire his advocate and would like to personally argue the Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application. He states that he would move necessary application or note in the office for the above said purpose. He, therefore, states that the matter may be adjourned for sometime, so that in the meantime, he can complete the above said exercise. Under the circumstances, this Civil Application along with Appeal from Order is adjourned to 7th February 2012.
