It is seen that on 02.11.2017, when the matter was taken up for disposal on 02.11.2017, Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents undertakes that he will produce the TET Certificate before this Court.
2. In pursuance of the said undertaking, today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that he has issued the Teachers Eligibility Test Certificate to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said factum.
3. Recording the above submission of both sides, this writ petition is closed.
