ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the report in Ref.No.A/326/2014, dated 01.10.2014, of respondent No.3.
The petitioner is a resident of V.Kothapalli of Vemula Mandal of Y.S.R.Kadapa District. He also claims to be a cardholder attached to V.Kothapalli Fair Price Shop. He has averred that there is a rivalry between two groups divided on political lines in the Village and that one group of cardholders, numbering 296 out of 630 cardholders, are unable to visit the premises of the existing temporary dealer because of serious rivalry and lift the essential commodities. That on their representation, respondent No.3 has submitted his report, dated 01.10.2014, to respondent No.2, wherein he has informed that in three Villages including V.Kothapalli, 296 persons belonging to the opposite group are not willing to take the essential commodities from the dealer.
In my opinion, respondent No.2 must solve the problem arising out of the political rivalry between two groups. He is, therefore, directed to consider report, dated 01.10.2014, of respondent No.3 and make appropriate arrangements to ensure that all the cardholders of V.Kothapalli Fair Price Shop receive the essential commodities, which they are entitled to, under the cards held by them.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39658 of 2014 filed for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
