JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 22.2.2017.
2. Mr.C. Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating to proceed with the enquiry on the complaint lodged.

3. To give quietus, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent on 01.07.2017 at 10.30 a.m and on such appearance, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to harass the parties. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
